- Can you move our business email to Microsoft 365 without losing anything?
- Yes. We copy across every mailbox, contact, calendar and folder, keep your existing email addresses, and run the move outside working hours where possible. Most small business migrations are completed over a weekend.
- How much does Microsoft 365 cost for a small business in Scotland?
- Microsoft licence costs depend on the plan, typically from around a few pounds per user per month for email only up to fuller plans including the desktop Office apps and Teams. We advise on the right plan, supply the licences and include support in your flat monthly fee.
- Is Microsoft 365 email backed up automatically?
- Microsoft protects its own infrastructure but does not keep a long term backup of your mailboxes or files. We add a separate cloud backup so deleted or ransomware affected email, SharePoint and OneDrive data can be restored.
- Can staff work from home and the office with the same setup?
- Yes. Microsoft 365 gives your team the same email, files and Teams access from any location and device, with multi factor authentication to keep accounts secure.
- Do you support Microsoft 365 across Scotland or only Dundee?
